  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Most orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
    International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 3 weeks to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

    We sure do! Actually we base in Hong Kong. All orders will be sent by Hong Kong POST.

  • Undeliverable Packages

    For packages that are returned to us as "undeliverable", we will issue a refund (minus shipping / handling). For packages that are returned to us because of customer's error (non-custom clearance, incorrect address), 15% restocking fee is to be accessed.
